is Blanca is a Certified Life Coach through The John Maxwell Group. Coaching is about many things. However, principally it is about change. It is about developing emotional intelligence and conscious awareness in areas one desires to mature and grow in. Coaching has many benefits. Each participant in coaching creates and holds the agenda of the areas they would like to explore, making every meeting uniquely designed to serve only the success of the participant.
The process is diverse and expansive. It can cover a breadth of issues, such as dealing with the immediate obstacles that are preventing growth, personal communication and impact as well as building the vision and plan to reach a life goal.
Blanca, is a Certified Coach through RARE Leadership trains and facilitates workshops regularly. She is also trained as a Christian Biblical Counselor through Saddleback Christian Church. Teaches, Trains and Practices the Immanuel Prayer model. Certified in the Prepare/Enrich program for pre-marital and marital counseling. With these diverse tools, this brings a dynamic and multi-faceted approach to her coaching and mentoring.
