My Accident turned into My Story-
I received coaching from Blanca during one of the most tumultuous periods of my life, and she was instrumental in helping me to pick myself back up again, after I had fallen. Shortly before I began seeing her, I was involved in a horrendous car accident that left my car wrapped around a tree at the bottom of a 15-foot embankment, completely wrecked. It was an accident that could very well have left me completely wrecked as well. In the months leading up to the accident, I had been struggling to overcome depression, social anxiety, and an eating disorder. At that time, I was also trying to mend a long-standing broken relationship with my parents. Selfishly, I had started to think of ways I could take my own life as a means of escape. However, the car accident I mentioned previously was a wake-up call in the most extreme sense, reminding me not only that my life is valuable, but that I needed to seek outside help if I wanted to turn things around. That is where Blanca stepped in. Her coaching sessions, and specifically, her use of the Immanuel prayer method, helped immensely in restoring both my vertical and horizontal relationships - that with God and that with the people around me. Blanca spoke the truth with love into my situation, and because of her, I have healthier boundaries with others, make time to speak with and listen to God regularly, and understand that I am loved and have much love to give. As such, I am extremely grateful for Blanca's guidance in the past few years, and I highly recommend her coaching sessions to individuals in all walks of life!

Saying I love you each day can have a instrumental effect with people that have created a wedge in your life.
During the course of this eight-week mastermind class on Intentional Living, I saw a need to improve my relationship with my mother-in-law. I knew this because after years of resentment, It had created a lot of tension between us and also my husband and I. While reading Living with Intension, the realization hit me that I could actually do something about it. With massive determined action, I could change this. After 27 years, I finally became willing to change it. I became excited about the challenge and was determined to make it happen. I knew there was a lot of work to be done. First I thought of all the things she has done right. I thought of these things and made a long list in my head. I started appreciating her in prayer. I thought of all those things over and over and just let myself feel appreciation for her. I pushed all the negative thing that I let fester over the years out of my head and replaced them with yet another reason to appreciate her.
I still practice this. I started inviting her over to spend time alone with me for dinner or to bake which is something she loves to do. Normally, she would not come over unless my husband was around. I started visiting her at her house and calling her to see how she was doing in the middle of the week. Things have changed dramatically. I now know I’ve made a world of difference in my relationship with her and even in my family. My husband and I do not have arguments over his mother any more. She and I get along great and thoroughly enjoy each others company. The things that used to drive a wedge between us have seemed to just disappear.
We tell each other “I love you” on a regular basis. I truly love spending time with her. It really has changed our family dynamic. Surprisingly, since all of these changes I’ve made, I’ve seen the relationship between my adult sons and her improve as well and even they have a higher level of respect for her. I never realized that my relationship with her had so much influence on my loved ones or that anyone even noticed that there were issues. Now I know. I have not shared any of this with my family. It is just something that I did without talking about it. I’m happy to say that I made a very big positive impact on my family and my soul by taking massive determined action. I was Intentional.
